The requested data are the identical audited source data for summaries and conclusions contained in publications of the National Environmental Respiratory Center (NERC). The citation for the primary publication containing the data, and contact information for the investigator generating the data, will be provided as part of the description of the data file. The NERC verifies that the data are correct, but cannot be responsible for analyses or interpretations by the requestor. Users of these data are strongly encouraged to communicate with the original investigator about the nature of the data (e.g., details of methods used to generate the data), the nature of the analyses reported in the original publication, and the requestor's interest in, and use of the data

Requestor's Agreement
In requesting data from NERC studies, I agree to:
1. Inform the original investigator, or the NERC Director, about results of further analyses of the data.
2. Not provide the data to individuals beyond the requestor's immediate analytical team. Others can obtain NERC data by making direct requests
3. Not to sell or offer the sale, data, transform data, or results calculated from the data
4. Acknowledge the source of the data in presentions and publications (appropriate formal acknowledgements will be provided upon request)
5. Provide citations of publications containing results of further analyses of the data
